We specialize in Therapeutic Massage for a variety of symptoms, and believe that massage is a healing science that is necessary for the  body’s circulation, de-stressing and de-toxifying.

Hands on healing and plant medicines are the wave of the future. The application of plant medicines, herbal roots and flowers in tea and poultices is healing in action.

We offer Regular Massage Techniques, including the following:

• Swedish oil application using Effleurage, Petrosage, cupping and Tapotament.
• Shiatsu Massage - Toru Namikoshi style of Japanese acupressure massage using thumbs and fingers to follow exact patterns to release stress points.
• Lomi lomi – Hawaiian style of Swedish massage using long deep strokes and prayer to heal the body as well as the spirit.
• Deep Pressure Massage is my own healing technique formulated from Rolfing knowledge and Swedish deep tissue. It is medically necessary for stress-related symptoms, circulation problems, deep musculature knotting, extending muscles from their origins to their insertions and de-memorizing trauma and lactic acid deposits.

Foot and leg treatments are a specialty service offered by MTCH. Bad feet are a problem for many people: Lack of circulation to the feet and legs is a primary cause of immobility for many. We offer Foot Reflexology treatments and Foot Fix optimal packages. I recommend people with moderate to severe diabetes try our foot fix monthly. It includes foot and leg massage, dead skin exfoliation, toenail trim, cuticle treatment, plant poultice with French clay and aloe vera, foot fungus treatment and callus removal. This treatment has helped to save the legs of many diabetic people who were slated for amputation.
